1) What information do media companies use to create a demographic profile of their audience?
They use a combination of demographic data such as age gender 

 
2) Why are media companies and advertisers increasingly using audience profiling and not just demographics?
They use audience profiling because it provides a deeper understanding of the consumers


3) What are the seven different Pychographic groups? 
The seven different groups are -the aspirer-the reformer-the explorer-the mainstream -the struggler -the resigned -the succeeder 


4) Write a brief summary of what each Psychographic group is seeking or motivated by.
The aspirer-They are motivated by 

The reformer-They are driven by others percepetion from others about them self rather than them self 


The explorer-They like to be the first the first to try things out 



The mainstream-They like to have a routine and stay organised plus the largest group of people 


The suceeder-They have good self confidence and like to stay organized



The struggler-They struggle to keep up they dont think about the plans  ahead 



The resigner-This is mainly old people who have resgined 



5) What psychographic group or groups do YOU belong in? Think about your own interests and lifestyle and explain your decision. Remember, you may fit into two or three different groups! 
-I think i belong in the reformer beacause i like to try new things and i feel like i fit into that one
